When you think about the future, you think about your future work and your future hobbies.
It's a big decision but you shouldn't be rushed and feel pressure about it. You should choose something you like and most important, that you see yourself doing in your life that you enjoy.
Usually, students choose something they like in school for example maths, science, a foreign language, etc. You should think about it. For example, imagine that English is your favorite subject. From there, you search for courses and areas where English is the main focus.
If you actually go to collage and start a course and don't like it that much, don’t be afraid to change your mind, it's okay. Change as long as you feel you're in the right place and in "your" area.
You must do something that makes you happy.
