Relax, watch a comedy, do therapy, connect your soul to your body, try new activities, try to focus on your happiest times, think positively, smile, leave your comfort zone, travel, leave toxic people behind, surround yourself with positive vibes...

Whenever you find yourself on these types of situations, talk your problems out.
